We were lucky the predicted showers passed us by as the course was wet enough

as it was.

Our playing partners today were Bert and Annie Brink who were great company.  Bert was our Champion with 35 nice points but the girls took the boys to the 18th for the Keno Ticket!

The Golf Event of the day was  Mixed 2 Ball Team + Single Stableford + Qualifying for NSW Mixed 4BBB

We had 55 starters with 2 visitors from PGA, Pennants Hills

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Kevin O'Brien had a birdie 3/4 on the 6th; Kath Small had 20 points on the back 9 and putted well; Tania Walklate did a trick shot at the 2nd threading the needle at the dog leg tree; the Laybutts enjoyed their first day back since February; Clyde Cruickshanks  had a 2/3 birdie at the 8th, birdie 4/3 at the 17th and a birdie at the 15th including 3 sandies into the hole; Robin Incoll and Lyn Cruickshanks had 3 pointers at the 8th; Doug Incoll had a 5/4 at the 2nd; Wally Robertson had an excellent Round - having birdies at the 7th, 10th and 7th scoring 42 points after scoring one wipe and 2 one pointers; Vicki Foster enjoyed her first game of golf after six weeks playing with Ron Puiatti who had a birdie on the18th; somebody had a gobbler 2/4 on the 5th (sorry can't remember who it was); Col Matterson had nearest the pin on the 12th and a birdie on the 18th; Brent Frewin had a birdie on the 8th; Warren Gray had 2/4 on the 14th;,my highlight was - yes! You have guessed it - I finished with the same ball I started with (mainly because I have difficulty hitting it out of sight).
