It was a lovely day for golf today so Peter and I pulled ourselves off our death beds to play with our Team Members Rosalie Dyer and Fred Middleton as it was a friendly 4 Person Ambrose with no pressure of handicapping. We had a nice day - starting off quite well with birdie, par, par. Everyone put in a good team effort even when we ran out of steam on the last few holes.
The Golf Event of the day was a 4 Person Las Vegas Ambrose.
We had 75 starters with 4 visitors from Shelly Beach.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Peter Martin had a gobbler on the 10th for a birdie; Rosalie Dyer sank two great 15 foot putts; Anne Burke did some good putting; Team of Adrian Burke, Anne Burke, Nigel Asken and Sheena Asken had 3 birdies; Adrian Burke's ball was stolen by a crow on the 2nd fairway and was followed to a tree where it was induced to drop the ball; Team of Paul Morgan, Cameron Morgan, Leigh Kay and Terry Kay had 5 birdies and no murder was committed; Team of Andy Henebury, Jann Henebury, Michael Norman and Pauline Norman had a gobbler on the 6th for a par; Team of Kevin O'Brien, Craig Ward, Ray Buttsworth and Carolyn Buttsworth had birdies on the 9th and 18th and Carolyn did some good putting; Team of Clyde Cruickshanks, Lyn Cruickshanks, Bert Brink and Annie Brink had two birdies; Team of Garry Baillie, Kay Baillie, Terry Coyle and Sandra Coyle had a birdie on the 15th.
Sorry that I did not get around all the late comers for highlights - I was too tired to get off my chair - recovering from a nasty virus!
