The long awaited rain has finally arrived in the quantities that we like. That will refresh the fairways, dams and the very dry gardens.
We put our projects on hold and our volunteers had a day off to relax and watch the grass grow.
Anne Burgess & I put in some time today in preparation of a big day of Ladies District Golf due to be played at Gosford tomorrow weather permitting.
Anne took care of the Bush Toilet area and I did some work at the 1st and 10th tees cleaning up as best we could before the showers set in.
There is not a lot of work that can be done in showery weather so we will have some catch up to do next week.
