The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford - Over the Field.
We had 27 starters with one visitor - Nola Hilbert from Terrigal.
RESULTS - OVER THE FIELD:
WINNER: Lea Southon - 38 points
RUNNER UP: Michelle McGrath - 37 points
3RD: Robyn Johnston - 35 points
4TH: Alice Collett - 34 points
BALLS WENT TO: 33 points on a countback
AWCR LADIES: 73 (36 points)
It was with great sadness that I learnt today of the passing of Nathan Allan. Nathan was one of our young members known to me through our association with F-Troop when Nathan volunteered his time and building skills assisting F-Troop members to erect the new cart shed. Nathan will be very sadly missed by the Club Members, his friends & mates and our deepest sympathy is extended to Nathan's wife and his four young children.
I will post the details of the funeral arrangements as soon as they come to hand.
