Golf - Tuesday 24th May 2011

Showers were forecast for today and thankfully they held off until our golf was finished.  It was a bit chilly to start the morning and the weather was quite pleasant for the rest of the morning until the cloud cover came in.
The weather did not upset any of our good players with some great scores coming in.

My playing partners today were Julie Hazzard & Michelle Kennett & we had a lovely day on the village green even though our scores did not threaten any of the winners.  My highlight was scoring more than 30 points twice in a row.

The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford and we had 67 starters.
