The course was open today. Even with 40ml of rain overnight the course was wet but still playable. Further rain this morning was enough to put off most of the players and the competition was cancelled through lack of numbers. The rain cleared & the rest of the day was hot & sunny so the social golfers would have been able to complete their rounds.
Accordingly I have no Ladies Competition results to report so to cheer you up I have attached some photos of a couple of my roses that were blooming today.
We have been donated 100+ lavender plants for the course gardens & they are "in waiting" in my garden holding room. (photo attached)
