It is all done and dusted!
The results of the voting at the General Meeting of the Golf Club tonight was a resounding defeat of the resolution with a huge majority of the vote in favour of the Board.
The voting results were 217 votes in favour of the Board; 20 votes in favour of the resolution.
NOW, LET'S GO AND PLAY GOLF and leave the Board to take care of business!
I can't help thinking of those nice concrete paths we could have had out on the course for what it has cost the Club to defend this petition.
