We decided to spend our last day at Byron Bay playing our return challenge golf match at Byron Bay Golf Course. We were lucky with the weather & had a lovely day on the course.
The boys beat Glennis & I for the Keno ticket last week. We thought we would have the advantage this week wearing our newly purchased golf gear. The boys had us beaten at the 17th so we challenged them an all or nothing bet for a keno ticket on the last hole and YES! we won!
The course was nice and green from the last weeks rain. Around the bunkers and dams they allow the grass to grow very long (photo attached) and it is deadly if you happen to land there.
(Just ask me!)
We all enjoyed playing the course and I had a good look at the gardens and paths which have had a lot of work done in the last 12 months.
