It was a great day for golf today - not to cold, too hot or too windy and no rain!
My playing partners were Yvonne Cumming and Julie Hazzard and we had some fun out there on the village green. We had some great scores come in today so the course is playing well to the point that 73(36 points) did not win a ball.
The event of the day was a Single Stroke over-the field and we had 3o starters.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Judy Ruitenberg had a fantastic game only having two holes that she did not birdie or par - having 83 off the stick; Rosie Judd has played with the winner for two weeks in a row; Trish Goulding had a birdie at the 18th; Allison Guthrie had 43 strokes on the front 9; Kathy Small parred the 13th by chipping into the hole and also parred the 16th; Judy Verlander chipped in on the 12th; Lynn Puiatti parred the 18th; Lorraine Linnert's highlight was watching Michelle Martin and Trish Goulding birdie the 18th; Sue Scobie had a nice steady game; Sharon Anderson parred the 1st, 11th, 12th and 13th; my highlight was a birdie at the 5th and not having any 3 putts on the back 9.
