The weather forecast was for cooler weather turning very cold & windy by tomorrow. We just managed to fit our game in today before the cold wind and overcast skies closed in so that was a little bonus in itself. The course had dried out somewhat but it was heavy going in the early morning dew.
It was good to see Di Thomlinson return to the fold today for the President vs Captain Team Pinehurst Event which is a hard fought match each year. This year the Presidents side had a good win recording 9 victories to 7 from the Captain's side.
